## Boundaries

Only explicitly allowlisted Engine endpoints are public. PSSR Cockpit at /cockpit and the original compatibility workbench at /engine/ are authenticated and must not be crawled. Electoral OS is a separate specialist product at elect.qdev.run. Do not infer raw sources, personal data or protected workspace notes from public summaries. Communication strategy plans are owned by CommStrat, not by the PSSR theoretical corpus. KB v10.3.1, the current Engine runtime and PSSR v10.4-RC1 are related but different contours; do not merge their readiness statuses. Missing evidence, stale sources and limited coverage must weaken claims rather than become negative evidence.
